Wife, mum of 2 grown-up kids and a red fox lab pup!
I don’t have a dramatic breakdown story.
No big crash. No rock-bottom moment.
For me, it was quieter than that.
It was the feeling that I’d lost touch with myself.
That I was holding responsibility for everyone and everything, and somewhere along the way, I’d put myself last.
On the outside, everything looked good.
I was capable. Reliable. The one “people could lean on”.
But inside … I was exhausted. Overthinking my decisions and second-guessing myself.
Deep down, I knew something had to change.
I wanted to get my spark back.
To wake up excited for the day, instead of feeling heavy.
That’s when I began listening differently.
Reconnecting to Spirit, to the guidance that had been within me all along.
And slowly…gently… I came back to myself.
It was a coming home.
And I realised I wasn’t the only one…
Many brilliant, women around me felt the same.
